Physical Features

Batemans Bay is the largest bay between Jervis Bay to the north and Twofold Bay at Eden to the south. The major coastal town of Batemans Bay is located along southern shores of the bay. Residential development has slowly spread to the northern shores of the bay as well. A number of small islands dot the outer region of the bay. The Clyde River flows into the bay at its most western point.
