Proposed Amendments to the Coopers Creek Water Sharing Plan

It is proposed to amend the Coopers Creek water sharing plan following a Land and Environment Court challenge and a subsequent out of court settlement. The proposed amendments have been on public exhibition for comment. The exhibition period closed 13 June 2008. A decision regarding the proposed amendments will be made as soon as possible.
