Under the 2006 determination some irrigators in the unregulated river system, can elect to be billed for their water management charges on a two-part tariff. If you have a water meter, go to Measuring Licensed Water Extraction and TPUT for more information on some alternative tariff arrangements.

The Department can also charge fees to cover the cost of applications for access licences, water supply works and /or use approvals and water dealings under the Water Management Act 2000. Go to Transaction fees for access licences and approvals under the Water Management Act 2000. (PDF 76 KB)
